Refund & Return Policy

At Imperial Kitchen Equipment, we stand behind the quality of our commercial kitchen appliances and are committed to ensuring our wholesale clients are satisfied with their purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully, as commercial equipment sales are subject to strict conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resalable condition
  • Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items are non-refundable.
  • Used or damaged items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To request a Return Authorization (RA), email us at info@imperialkitchenequipment.com with:

  • Business name and contact info
  • Invoice number
  • Product(s) to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

3. Shipping & Restocking

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • All returns must be securely packaged.
  • A restocking fee up to 25% may apply.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed equipment
  • Custom/built-to-spec products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Returns submitted beyond 30 days

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will coordinate repair or replacement if it’s a manufacturer or shipping issue.
  • Photos and descriptions are required for claim review.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Confirmation will be sent once processed.
