Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Fees are based on:
    • Destination
    • Order size & weight
    • Delivery method
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Remote/rural delivery
    • Oversized items
    • Liftgate or inside delivery service

Handling & Transit Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (depending on stock).
  • Transit time will vary by carrier and location.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Report damage within 48 hours with clear photos.
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We'll assist with a resolution.

Risk & Ownership

All products are shipped FOB shipping point. Responsibility transfers to the buyer once the carrier receives the shipment, even if shipping is prepaid.
